Operations Director

Interwest seeks an Operations Director to oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations and ensure the effective management of its financial, administrative, human resources, membership, communications, and organizational systems. The Operations Director will manage accounting and financial processes, as well as oversee employee benefits and other HR needs. The Operations Director will also be the primary party responsible for membership records and will support organizational communication and events.

The Operations Director will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure Interwest’s internal operations are effective, organized, and responsive, helping create the foundation for the organization’s staff and members to advance Interwest’s mission of expanding market opportunities for renewable energy, storage, and transmission across the region.
